Welcome to iSchoolRide! Whether you're a teacher using the Tracker App or a school admin managing dismissal, this guide will walk you through how to use the system efficiently and safely.
✅ Getting Started
1. Download the iSchoolRide Tracker App
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for “iSchoolRide Tracker”.
Tap Install, then open the app.
2. Log In
Use the credentials provided by your School Admin.
School Users will see only the Tracker App interface.
School Admins may also access the Admin Dashboard via web login.
📲 Using the Tracker App (Teachers & School Users)
What It Does:
The Tracker App notifies teachers/staff when a parent enters the pickup line so they can release the right student at the right time.
Daily Use:
Launch the App at dismissal time.
As parents arrive, you’ll see a live list of students whose rides are waiting.
Tap a student’s name to mark them as called/dismissed.
The app clears dismissed students to help avoid confusion or duplicates.
Repeat as vehicles continue arriving.
Tips:
Always verify the student’s name before dismissal.
Dismiss only those marked “Arrived” in the queue.
Use the Refresh option if you don’t see updates right away.
🛠️ Admin Dashboard (School Admins Only)
Access:
Log in to the Admin Dashboard via your custom iSchoolRide admin URL.
Key Functions:

View, edit, or reset parent accounts
Add/remove student assignments
Monitor authorized family members
👥 Manage Tracker Users (Teachers/Staff)
Add or remove Tracker users
Assign roles: School-User or School-Admin
Reset passwords if needed
🧑🎓 Monitor Pickup Activity
View real-time pickup queue
See which students were picked up, by whom, and at what time
Identify missed or late pickups
📊 View Reports & Logs
Access pickup history by date or student
View wait time metrics and performance trends
Export reports for audits or analysis

🔄 Daily Best Practices
Open the Tracker App a few minutes before dismissal.
Coordinate with office staff to ensure parent records are up to date.
After dismissal, log out if you're on a shared device.
School Admins: periodically review user activity and logs.
