By using iSchoolRide, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are a parent/guardian with the authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of a minor. Schools and their authorized staff must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

1.2 License

iSchoolRide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with managing school dismissals.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interact with the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services.
• Submit false or misleading information or impersonate another individual or entity.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of our Services.

3.2 School Admin Control

School Administrators have full access to manage, modify, or delete data stored on our servers on behalf of their school community.

We implement industry-standard safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using online services.

4. Location Data

4.1 No Location Tracking When Offline

iSchoolRide does not collect or track your location unless you go ONLINE in the app. Location data is used temporarily and only to facilitate school dismissal.

4.2 Location Data Use

Real-time location data is transmitted only to designated School Admins when you are in the School Pickup Zone and is not stored or shared thereafter.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, logos, and trademarks associated with iSchoolRide are the property of iSchoolRide. You may not use or reproduce them without our prior written permission.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Cloud). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISCHOOLRIDE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSchoolRide and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, government actions, or service disruptions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration instead of in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law
